Project overview
Located on the Clarence River, near the Port of Yamba on the North Coast of NSW, the Harwood Marine Precinct is a 22.8 hectare greenfield site zoned IN4 Working Waterfront to support Marine manufacturing.
Marine manufacturing is identified as a critical “engine of growth” and key driver for the local economy.
A brand new NSW Government funded access road has been constructed. The site has an established 4000 tonne slipway and 55 metre deepwater wharf already in place. The site is also 4 kilometres from the Pacific Highway.
