Special Activation Precincts are unique to Regional NSW

The NSW Government expects to invest $1 billion to create five Special Activation Precincts that offer investors unique commercial advantages within industries poised for growth.

The precincts across Regional NSW aim to create regional jobs and drive regional economic development and growth.

Precinct investors will benefit from 30-day planning approvals, collaboration opportunities to create skills pathways and innovation ecosystems, and a dedicated business concierge service.

There are five key elements that can create a Special Activation Precinct:
